It was confusing to the logical thinking mind that such a machine could perform this job so well. Many of us assume that either gas or power would be required to do a good job. Neither was required, all was powered by me pushing it around. In my honest opinion the sweeper did a fantastic job. There were people coming up and saying, "Hey, I need one of those for my driveway'.
I was quite impressed by how easy it was to operate and the fact that it did a good job; certainly a lot better than doing it with a broom. When you're done you just unhook the holding compartment on the back and go dump the debris into a garbage container... There again if what you have collected is just rocks you can always find where there are more rocks nearby and add your collection to them.
In the next couple of months I'm going to be cleaning up a few more sites and this is definitely a people powered ground cleaning tool that I will be taking with me again and again to make the job easier and quicker. No gas to buy for it and no power cord trailing behind you and tripping you up, it's a win, win. By the way, in the picture included above, the white container on top of the sweeping machine is not a part of the machine, but it was good resting place for the screws we needed to put up the gas island signs.
